1:1 Session Refund Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at any time. The published version at the time of the request will be the version used to determine your refund eligibility. The policy below applies to both online and in-person sessions.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and can be submitted to: Breathtide@gmail.com. Requests must include the name provided at time of enrollment, a detailed account giving the reason the student wishes to withdraw, and why the student feels a refund should be issued.

If an individual has committed to a 1:1 session, they may cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the appointment and receive a full refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.

TECHNICAL ISSUES: Refunds are not available for students who have experienced technical issues. Although we work hard to do everything possible to avoid issues, many aspects of the technology fall outside of our control such as hosting and server functionality.

Once the session has occurred there shall be no refund applicable.

Rescheduling a private 1:1 session to a different date is accepted.

DISCOUNTED Sessions. No refund will be provided on discounted or donation based programs.

If the 1:1 session is taking place at a venue where registration is handled by the venue then we will follow the cancellation policy of the venue. When registration is handled by BreathTide then the cancellation policy is up to 48 hours notice or more before the appointment and a full refund will be given.

No refunds given within 48 hours of the 1:1 session.
Online Classes

No refunds made for drop-in online classes or monthly subscriptions.

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.

BreathTide Refund Policy (when BreathTide cancels)
If BreathTide cancels a program due to the illness of presenters, severe weather, technical issues, or other emergency conditions, BreathTide will attempt to reschedule the event. Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program BreathTide reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any program. If for any reason BreathTide cancels a program, all program fees will be returned in full. We cannot however reimburse the cost of any pre-booked travel arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred. This applies to all BreathTide programs and any programs we may offer in the future.
